Prep, Protect & Paint
We photograph and protect your floors, fixtures and furniture to our documented Not-a-Scratch standard, and protect the building’s shared corridors and lift on the way in. We prepare every surface properly and apply low-odour paints in clean, even coats, working efficiently to keep a compact apartment liveable and to keep an investment turnaround short.
