Industrial environments punish a coating in ways a home never will, chemical exposure, washdowns, forklift traffic, abrasion, heat, salt air near the bays, and constant use. A coat of standard paint over poorly prepared steel or concrete will not last. Getting it right is mostly about two things done properly: preparation and the right system for the substrate.
Surface preparation done properly
The coating is only ever as good as what is underneath it. We prepare surfaces to suit the substrate and the environment, which can include pressure washing and degreasing, rust and old-coating removal, abrasive preparation, and priming with the correct primer for steel, concrete, render or cladding. Skipping prep is the single most common reason an industrial coating fails early.
Coating systems matched to the substrate
Different surfaces and exposures need different systems. Depending on your facility we specify and apply systems such as epoxy floor coatings for warehouse and plant floors, anti-corrosion and protective coatings for structural steel and plant, chemical-resistant and washable finishes for wet areas and food or pharmaceutical environments, and durable exterior systems for cladding and tilt-panel. As a Dulux Accredited business we specify the right product for the job and the warranty that comes with it.

From exposed structural steel and roof framing to high warehouse walls and plant rooms, we have the access equipment and trained crews to coat the parts of a facility that are hardest to reach and most exposed to wear.

Walkways, hazard zones, bollards and bay markings keep a site compliant and safe. We can apply safety-colour and line-marking finishes as part of a repaint so the whole facility is done in one mobilisation.

Do you work around our production schedule?
Yes. We plan industrial works around your operation using night shifts, weekends and staged area-by-area works, with dust, odour and overspray controlled so adjacent areas keep running. We agree the access and staging plan with your site or maintenance manager before starting.
